Bleach is a manga series authored by Tite Kubo (Kubo Taito), mangaka of Zombie Powder. Bleach series began publication in 2001, and since its publication, the series has been adapted into an anime series, two OVA (Original Video Animation), four feature films, two musicals rock, and some video games. Compilation of manga (tankōbon) Bleach has sold a total of 39 million copies in Japan.


Bleach tells the story of Ichigo Kurosaki, a high school student who has the ability to see spirits, and Rukia Kuchiki, a shinigami (death god) who one day met with Ichigo while hunting an evil spirit is called hollow.
